It sounds like nobody in your area saw this question. Have you tried chiropractic care? It's worked wonders for me.
I'd recommend asking your friends and family in your area that you trust to see if you can get a good recommendation on which doctor to use. That's how I got two of the best chiropractors and one of the better doctors that I've used.
