I looked and there weren't any free. I didn't think there would be. Have you wife sign up for medicaid. I posted two links that should help you out. The first one is for planned parenthood. They offer an array of services on the cheap including prenatal care. The second is a link telling you how to apply for Medicaid in Chicago. Good luck and congrats ont he good news.

No hospital is free. Some will offer discounted rates based on income, but those are few and far between. If you cannot afford the labor and delivery costs you should consider what the baby will cost! No hospital can sue for collections so long as you make the minimum monthly payments. Have you considered planned parenthood? I bet they will do it. They are real doctors, you know!
