How old do you have to be to receive birth control from a Florida Health Department?

I know in Pensacola Fl you can just walk into the Health Department and go into the part for teen health and they have a basket with condoms in it with brown paper bags and you can just grab some and leave as far as the pill i would say call and ask

It been quite a few years since i have got my birth control from there but when i did all it took was setting up a appt and getting seen by a dr. I know my mom went with me so i dont know if you would have to have yours or not so just call and ask

As long as your having sex or need it because of heavy periods any doctor should be able to give it to you.
