I can't speak to their programs, but I live next to it. Grounds are nice, see the teens out by the pond some. Also have seen a group from Ten Broeck at a nearby ice cream place (they take them out in a van). I get the impression that it's a very controlled environment, although certainly not a jail either. I have no problems or concerns living next to it.

Ten Broeck was founded in 1976 and has a relatively good reputation in Louisville, although I do not what their success rate might be.
