Expense wise you are screwed- however any primary care physician can do the physical and issue your referral for the mental aptitudes needed. This is not a cheap process without health insurance and a good medical guide. You may want to go to the Medical Colleges and see what, if anything they can offer you. Good luck.

the only place i have been to is secure medical in beltsville, i would still go there even though i live in arlington VA now, its pretty cheap for a walk in clinic and its good, i heard there was a cheap one in downtown alexandria too,
