Planned Parenthood doesn't only provide abortions, they also provide low cost or free health care for low income individuals. They can probably give your friend a free ultra sound and possibly even prenatal care throughout her pregnancy. If she's pregnant she can also get on free government insurance so she can get free prenatal care and have a free delivery as long as she isn't covered under her parent's insurance. She might as well tell her parents now if she's going to continue the pregnancy. At least then they can help drive her around and support her. And possibly tell her she's covered under their insurance.

You can also search for "pregnancy clinics" in your city, there are lots of pro-life clinics where people with no medical training are doing ultra sounds and pregnancy tests, but good luck getting any accurate information or advice at a place like that.
