I am writing a paper and i was wondering what you think when you hear "healthy lifestyle"? Go into detail don't just say eat better and exercise. Everyone knows that but what does eat better mean? Eat what instead of what? How much exercise?

personly, it means firstly drinking water (no o,j) count ur calories..... sticking with chicken or tofu... for protein, adding quinoa and pulses like mung beans (yuk) h8 them lol..... or almonds.... then green leafy veg and berries.... raspberries are best.... breakie.... youghurt (unsweetened) egg on 2 slices of toast. Dinner or lunch, chicken sanwich in brown bread with spinich (tasty) dinner, chicken, broccoli and quinoa....its a example and you can eat almonds through the day..... that is eating healthily and is about 400 calories, so if your not on a diet you can substitute with other things.... your cals should be 2000 to 2500 a day depending on sex and size. excercise is only important if you want to tone ur body, otherwise moving around during the day is enough.... if you eat right.... You left the part out of healthy mind, healthy body.....

Providing all of what you need in terms in macronutrients, vitamins, and minerals. Drinking enough water. Exercising regularly. Having a healthy social life and a fulfilling daily activity, with motivating and achievable goals.
