This is a serious disease Sorry:::::
This is secondary to a primary lesion and occurs due to hematogenous spread. The primary focus could be in the lungs, mediastinal lymph nodes, kidney's. There are 4 types-Para ,Central,Anterior and Appendicle. This could be coming back from not taking any more medication's for treatments. She may have to start treatments again maybe with stronger dose than before. This could go on for a very long time to finally cure. This must be out side her lungs since she is having pain threw out her body.It will target any part of the body! The joints, bones,UT, central nervous system, muscles, and bone marrow. This varies in organs, spine-back pain, kidneys- may have blood in urine, this can attack many organs at the same time. This is easy to get all you have to do is be around some one who is infected and alot. This could of been a parent/friend/lover/co worker. This could go dormant and resurface later on in life. This is another serious disease for humans!! Places like cramped crowded poorly ventilated spaces increase the rate that you or I can receive this disease at any time someone is around us.Some are in prisons, juvenile dententions homeless shelters and general populations also nursing homes. This has come to America from people boren outside of the USA. from Africa, Asia, & Latin Amercian. The poor and people who can't afford medical treatments are more likely to get this disease. For each major TB medication there is another strain to resistant it and what's worse?? is if more than 1 strain is resistant to more than 2 anti-TB drugs.Very Contagious!!(MDRTB) this is treatable but takes years to overcome. This may happen if person wont take all meds for a time or wont do as the doctor has said or can't afford to get the meds needed. The immune system can't fight this if system is low from another source.Drug use, booze, beer, wine, also weaken the immune system if used long term is a factor.Malinutrition can have an effect with TB, travel out side of the USA can cause you to get infected as well (other countries)
Pulmonary TB can cause permanent lung damage if not treated asap. Meningeal TB this is where Tb infects the brain this spreads threw the entire body. The most serious complication is the RECURRENCE of TB after treatments are complete and drug resistants strains of this disease. To treat this is long and depends on age over all health and if have TB or activy TB.The 2 types will be treated with different drugs some will have to take 1 drug others will take 3-4 or more.this will depend on each case of Tb There is Rifater or Priftin but also many other drugs that a doctor could use to treat her TB.All medications can be toxic to her liver..I feel for her she may need treatments for a long time. She really needs to stick with any therapy she's been doing so she can fight this with all she has to over come the challange it has given her show this disease you are a winner of your body. Her physical health can impact her mental health as well. Denial, anger, frustration are common signs with this disease. She may need some professional help to support her threw this nasty disease and you as a friend can help by going with her.Listen to her be by her side. There are many therapists or psychologists willing to help her.Give her your support she did't ask for this to be in her body or life but now she has to deal with it the best way she can and I sure hope she is doing great and God Bless you for being a great friend to her she does appricate you.Bless you both (hugs to both00000)
