Get out your phone book and look up Veterinary or Vets or Animal vets. Or american humain society, Call the local animal shelter. Or just call a vet you use and explain the money problem or call a vet until you find one who will work with you! over look my miss spellings and get going!

i think if you call the animal control folks or humane society they should be able to help you out, possibly even with expenses. They will also give advice on treatment and prognosis- how he might do after treatment. Good Luck
