Find the nearest Planned Parenthood. That's what I did when I first moved to CA with no job or insurance. According to their scale I didn't have to pay a dime, but I left $5 as a donation.

Go to Planned Parenthood NOW. They are open for drop-ins on Saturdays 9 am to11am. Check in with the receptionist and be ready to fill out a shitload of paperwork. Bust through it so you are seen faster and not waiting until 11 for appointment.
They also have drop in on Mon and Tues.
Sliding scale, donate what you can afford please.

You could go to City Clinic in San Francisco. They accept people from other counties and its free.
