First thing I'd do is check if you meet the criteria for Hypochondria, Munchhausen's or even Histrionic PD. Also look at Clinical Depression. Secondly; many Aspergers mistake traits of OCPD (Obsessive Compulsive "Personality" Disorder) for OCD, the two are VERY different. Traits of OCPD occur within the Asperger's criteria so if this is the case you don't need a separate diagnosis. Looking after ones self (taking a bath, brushing teeth etc) can be very hard for Aspergers. This could be because of sensory issues, forgetfulness or simply because you prioritise things above them. Your reading issues could be Dyslexia or Dysgraphia.
You say you have Asperger's but your mum thinks you don't. Have you actually been diagnosed??? If you have it's hard to see how she could refute that.
I think you're certainly a hypochondriac but you need to tell your doctor how much you stress over these things. Make sure you give this list to him/her and don't leave out ANYTHING you're written here!
