How can Hillary get us Healthcare??

It is not just Republicans who hate Hillary.

Consider this: Germany pays 45% income tax for everything, plus 10% to the Church. With that, you get low-level heath care. If you want less than 3 or 4 to a room, you still have to pay extra for private health insurance. When has an American welfare recipient in America had more than one other person in their room?

And then, when this socialist insurance program gets in trouble, like our Social Security issue, are you ready for 15% sales tax ALSO???

As a US Soldier, my wife was hospitalized in Germany with double pneumonia. Because US Army "CHAMPUS" insurance was not considered private insurance, she spent her time in a room with 3 ladies, one who was dying, and the other who couldn't control her bowels and had to have a diaper changed many times per day, with horrible odor! (As a US Army soldier, I also had to pay a deductible and a daily charge for her meals and other....(we won't even talk about the "head cheese" cold cuts for breakfast and dinner). I had to cook and bring her food that she could eat without getting sick to her stomach, like stews, soups, etc.

Then, just to add insult to injury, they pay 15% sales tax on everything too!

This is the United States of America, not a Socialist country. If you prefer a socialist country, feel free to pick the one you like best.

So, are you ready to give up over 50% of your income to taxes? For substandard health insurance? And trust the US Government to not waste the billions in extra tax dollars they collect and never make it to this socialist insurance program?

If you are self-employed and already pay 50% taxes, will you have anything left after they add another 25-45% for health care? Or, is a horrible $500-$1,000 per month a "bargain" compared to these tax rates?

Just to add insult to injury, Alachua County, FL now has a CHOICES program that takes .25% sales tax to pay for health insurance that poor people might have I don't know how large the director's paycheck is, but last check, over $16 million was sitting there unspent!!!! I am already paying taxes that government has not not found a way to spend!!! The County had to change the rules of who could use it because not enough people signed up for it. If they can collect $16 million and not use it for its purpose, imagine how many billions the US government could tax us for and never use for this purpose!

I can't wait for a liberal to find ways to waste my money!!!

PS. You are right, Hughie, you wouldn't be paying that much. You would be paying MUCH MORE for less coverage, and the Government would waste the extra billions on some bleeding-heart liberal project. Haven't you learned that liberals can not be trusted with our tax dollars and expected to make responsible decisions with that money? It's like kids in a candy store on allowance day!

Hillary wants to give us health care by stealing most of the rest of the money we earn. I have very good health care now. She will force me to give that up, and join her lousy government plan with no choice. I hope there are enough Republicans to block it all. Socialized medicine will stink. And bankrupt the country. Social security, medicaid, and medicare are already going broke. Where will all this money come from? There is no free lunch.

The young and old already have extra help for health care you have to know how to find it. It's the middle class that needs help now. My health ins. went up to $525.00 a month this year and its killing me I'm self employed. And that price is just for me, plus my deductible I guarantee if we had universal health care and paid by what we make a year I sure in Hell wouldn't be paying that much. The problem is we have to pay for the people that go to ER for a headache and don't have any insurance but they can't be turned away and they just don't pay there bill. So if everyone had to chip in a little like in Medicare so some other program I'd be fine with that. And it can be Done. So Get R Done!!!!!!!!!!!

You, sir, are so correct. All it takes is 41 Republicans to shoot down anything she puts out there. She is so disliked by the Republicans, they wouldn't approve a new city park if she was for it. She will gridlock Washington. That's just one reason I would never vote for her. The other reasons would earn me another weary violation.

Yes, but Hillary's supporters don't actually care about that. They don't want decent legislation that will help America.

No. Universal Health care is now recognized as a must. Her plan will aim at making the insurance companies cover everyone.

And since she has been in the senate, she has worked with more republicans to get things done. More than Obama has in his 2 years as senator (not to mention, hes the most liberal senator, and no self-respecting conservative works with the most liberal guy around...)

She can't, that's congress's job. She just gets to approve it after they write the bill. No president can do that on their own so they shouldn't be making that promise.
