You can call your old doctor to see if she has any contacts in the area, and ask her to send over the prescription, but I am willing to bet that any doctor would require you to come in so they can see you before they'll fill that.
Just open a phone book and call around (make sure they take your insurance and are in your network, or you'll get screwed over). MAKE SURE to have your previous doctor send over the prescription, or else they'll want to evaluate you completely again.
