The Stanford Medical Group at Hoover is an adult primary care clinic located on the third floor of the historical Hoover Pavilion. Its doctors are trained in general internal medicine, and respond to any questions or concerns through their guest services phone number at 650-498-3333. Friends and family of patients can request in-bed or chair massage therapy to their loved ones at select times, and for a small fee. The Hoover Medical group also provides interpreters in Spanish, Russian, Mandarin and Sign Language. Interpreters in other languages must be pre-scheduled 48 hours in advance. Live musical performances or a selection of musical CDs can be provided for patients at the Hoover Clinic. In-person and on-call spirital support is also provided on request. Consultations on payment options are offered for uninsured and underinsured patients.
